First of all, reader should note that Prophet Mohammad PBUH and four Caliphs left behind only written Quran. They did not leave behind any extra-Quranic manuscript of so called Sunnah, hadiths, Fiqh, Context (asbab-nazool), Seera, Oswat-Hasana and Tafsir. This kind of all books are concocted by Sunni and Shia sects in order to create a parallel system to the system of Quran. And in those fabricated hadith books, most of stories run counter to Quranic laws and ethical codes. For proof, you are suggested to read our this page. Besides; we find tons of reports even in well-known books of Sunni sect which show that there was complete ban on writing any story of Sunnah and Hadiths during to the life of Prophet Mohammad PBUH and four Caliphs. For proof and original scanned books references, you are suggested to read our this page “True History of Hadiths and Sunnah“. Authentic Oswat-Hasana of Prophet Ibrahim and Prophet Mohammad exists only within ethical codes of Quran. This is the reason, Prophet and four caliphs left behind no any manuscript of Oswat-Hasana. Because Rasool and four Caliphs left behind only Quran; therefore, meaning of “Obey Allah and Rasool” is to follow all laws and codes of that Divine Book which God delivered to we people through his Rasool, and name of that Book is Quran only 6:19, 6:114, 10:15, 28:85, 17:9, 25:30, 16:116, We also read in over 30 well-known books that when a Person asked Aisha RA about the Akhlaaq of Rasool; she replied: “The Quran is Akhlaaq of Messenger of Allah“. So it is clear that after landing of Quran, Islam=Quran; full stop. Any rite, ritual or Islamic law which does not have roots in Quran is absolutely not part of Deen Islam. In whole Quran, term “Sunnah of Rasool” never appears nor Quran tells us to follow Sunnah of Rasool. That term “Sunnah of Rasool” is fabricated by Sunni and Shia sects. Besides; following verses make crystal clear that job assigned by God to Rasool was no more than to deliver Quran clearly 39:41, 6:107, 29:18, 5:92, 5:99, 3:20, 24:54, 42:6, 42:48, 64:12, 16:64, 2:213, 39:41, 18:110, 28:56, 72:21, 2:272, 27:92, 50:45. 12:111, 16:89, 17:12, 6:114, 10:15, 6:19, 13:40, 3:80, 75:19. So, Rasool was mere an Agency of Allah Azza wa Jal. Consequently, it can be concluded without any doubt that:

Authentic Hadith of Allah 39:23 = Authentic Hadith of Rasool 69:40, 81:19 = Only Quran 6:114, 6:19, 10:15, 28:85

This page is divided mainly into four parts, 1– What did Prophet Isa say about woman, 2– What does Quran say on this subject, 3– how do fabricated hadiths of Sunni and Shia sects demonize woman, and 4- To sum up.

Now please read below what in a ongoing Sermon/Speech, Prophet Isa/Jesus PBUH said:

8. At this point, an aged woman, who had approached the group that she might better hear Issa, was pushed aside by one of the men in disguise who placed himself before her.

9. Issa then said : ” It is not meet that a son should push aside his mother to occupy the first place which should be hers. Whosoever respecteth not his mother, the most sacred being next to God, is unworthy the name of son.”

10. “Listen, therefore, to what I am about to say: ” Respect woman, for she is the mother of the universe and all the truth of divine creation dwells within her.”

11. “She is the basis of all that is good and beautiful, as she is also the germ of life and death. On her depends the entire existence of man, for she is his moral and natural support in all his works.”

12. “She gives you birth amid sufferings; by the sweat of her brow she watches over your growth, and until her death you cause her the most intense anguish. Bless her and adore her, for she is your only friend and support upon earth.”

13. Respect her, protect her; in doing this, you will win her love and her heart, and you will be pleasing to God; for this shall many of your sins be remitted.”

14. “Therefore, love your wives and respect them, for to-morrow they shall be mothers, and later grandmothers of a whole nation.”

15. Be submissive toward your wife; her love ennobles man, softens his hardened heart, tames the beast and makes of it a lamb.

16. “The wife and the mother, inestimable treasures bestowed on you by God; they are the most beautiful ornaments of the universe, and from them shall be born all that shall inhabit the world.”

17. “Just as the God of armies separated day from night and the land from the waters, so woman possesses the divine talent of separating good intentions from evil thoughts in men.”

18. Therefore I say to you: “After God, your best thoughts should belong to women and to wives; woman being to you the divine temple wherein you shall most easily obtain perfect happiness.”

19. Draw your moral strength from this temple; there you will forget your sorrows and failures, you will recover the wasted forces necessary to help your neighbor.”

20. “Do not expose her to humiliation; you would thereby humiliate yourself and lose the sentiment of love, without which nothing exists here below.”

21. “Protect your wife, that she may protect you and all your family; all that you shall do for your mother, your wife, for a widow, or another woman in distress, you shall have done for God.

Note about reference: A reader once asked us for reference for the Sermon of Isa/Jesus that we have posted above. Jesus was king of travelers, and during those journeys, he delivered lectures lectures everywhere, and those lectures were mostly saved by Tibetan people. When Church canonized four anonymous Gospels of Mark Matthew Luke and John; they banned all other many more Gospels which were even more reliable than the existing four anonymous ones. In fact in four anonymous gospels, there is tons of forgery and corruption. We have approach to that material which was banned by church. For example in Tibetan Scrolls; we find several written lectures of Jesus. Church and all the four circulating Gospels do not tell you at all, where was Jesus between 12-30 years age. Above-given sermon of Jesus is taken from Tibetan scrolls. Never forget to read our this page on the life of Jesus. This is the best scholarly page on this subject, and that page is a treasure for the students of comparative religion.Concept of West about Equality between Husband and wife is different from the Concept of Noble Quran. Quran considers, that during judicial inquiry, woman be treated same as Man. Criteria to go to Hell or Paradise is same for Man and Woman. Education rights are same. Quran also protects ladies against slanders and orders to beat 80 lashes who places slander against a Chaste lady. Does Quran say: Beat 80 lashes to that Evil-doer who placed Slander against a Chaste Man? No. Here clearly Man and Woman are not Equal in honor. Besides, in court, Quran uses word La’nat for a Liar-Man but for Woman word Ghadab (wrath) is used. Here we can see clearly, how Quran has honored Lady more than Man. Value of Honor of Woman is higher than Man clearly in Islam. In General; are Wife and husband equal in physical strength? No. Woman is not equal to Man physically. Have you noticed that throughout mankind history what is ratio of Men and Women in Military Personnel? It might be, not even 99/1. Concerning care about kids; is man equal to woman? No. Here woman has superiority over Man in that ability. The biggest relief that Allah has given to Wife is, that whole life, it is the Man, and not wife, who will bear the expenses of Wife and Family. Is it a small thing? No. It is not easy to do hard labor and earn money. It is very difficult in some situations. Difference in inheritance of sister and brother is not based on gender but on social burden and responsibility as is already discussed above. If inheritance portion was based on female and male; then why does Quran give same portion of inheritance to mother and father? In General (we are not telling here about some exceptional cases) It is Man who has physical ability to protect his kids and wife (Qawwamoon 4:34). Besides; You know that to run any organization /Institution/ Group; one Group-Leader, Commander, or a Team Leader is required. You will never see two commanders of one Unit of Army. You will never see two team leaders at the same time for one group. Family is also a Social Institution. In that Institution, one Team Leader is required. In the light of above discussion, now tell us honestly, sincerely, rationally and logically that who should be a team leader of a Family? Man or Woman? It is a Man/Husband/Dad.Quran24_4N1

Quran24_23_24One very important Example from Quran about Respect of Lady is below:

In case of dispute of “bad character”, when Wife and Husband appear in Islamic Court; Quran says:

Man must say on oath: Be Curse (La’anat) of Allah upon me if I am telling a lie” 24:7

But Woman will say: Be Anger (Ghadab) of Allah upon me if what my husband says is True; mean if I am telling a lie. 24:9

Have you noticed so subtle but very important difference between statements of Man and Woman here?

Quran has used word “Curse (La’nat) for Man but for Lady that word has been omitted & replaced by comparatively much soft word Anger wrath (Ghadab). Reader can assess here, How Quran is much more respectful for a lady than a Man. Subhan-Allah. But Mullahs and sectarian translator always try to subjugate and degrade lady. These criminals when translate verse 24:9; instead of writing WRATH (Ghadab), they write Curse (La’nat) even for lady, despite it is very very very clear in following verses in 24:9, that for lady, word “CURSE” is not used. These criminals are twisters of Book of Allah, and Hell is waiting them for their crimes. Besides; there is another Important  point, which is: that during here oath, if woman says that the blame which this man is placing on me is wrong; then according to Quran, Qadhi/Judge is BOUND to dismiss the case. In other words, Quran is telling Qadhi: Trust what woman says, and give your verdict according to oath of Woman. Do you not see here that Quran places Trust in Woman more than in Man?

Note about 24:9 And in fifth (oath) when she solemnly invokes the wrath of Allah on herself if (her accuser) is telling the truth, the court shall then punish neither the husband nor the wife and it infers that the same procedure applies if the wife accuses her husband.

Note about 24:9 And in fifth (oath) when she solemnly invokes the wrath of Allah on herself if (her accuser) is telling the truth, the court shall then punish neither the husband nor the wife and it infers that the same procedure applies if the wife accuses her husband.Quran17_23_24ParentsIn following verse, GOD has enjoined upon person, goodness towards his parents but clearly more emphasis on motherQuran31_14AndNoteWitness of Man, and Woman

Verse of Quran contested by many Islamophobic Bigots and by so now-a-days called Feminists is verse 2:282 which is as under: This verse sometime also called verse of debt.Note 269 (Quran Ref: 2:282)
The above phrase embraces any transaction on the basis of credit. be it an outright loan or a commercial deal. It relates (as the grammatical form tadayantum shows) to both the giver and taker of credit, and has been rendered accordingly.(Quran Ref: 2:282 )

Note 270 (Quran Ref: 2:282)
I.e., in accordance with the laws promulgated in the Qur’an.(Quran Ref: 2:282 )

Note 271 (Quran Ref: 2:282)
Lit., “and do not diminish anything thereof”. Thus. the formulation of the undertaking is left to the weaker party, i.e., to the one who contracts the debt. (Quran Ref: 2:282 )

Note 272 (Quran Ref: 2:282)
E.g., because he is physically handicapped, or does not fully understand the business terminology used in such contracts, or is not acquainted with the language in which the contract is to be written. The definition “weak of mind or body” (lit.. “lacking in understanding or weak”) applies to minors as well as to very old persons who are no longer in full possession of their mental faculties. (Quran Ref: 2:282 )

Note 273 (Quran Ref: 2:282)
The stipulation that two women may be substituted for one male witness does not imply any reflection on woman’s moral or intellectual capabilities: it is obviously due to the fact that, as a rule. women are less familiar with business procedures than men and, therefore, more liable to commit mistakes in this respect (see `Abduh in Manar 111, 124 f.).(Quran Ref: 2:282 )

Note 274 (Quran Ref: 2:282)
Lit., “to write it down” – i.e., all rights and obligations arising from the contract.(Quran Ref: 2:282 )

 Note 275 (Quran Ref: 2:282)
E.g., by being held responsible for the eventual consequences of the contract as such, or for the non-fulfillment of any of its provisions by either- of the contracting parties.(Quran Ref: 2:282 )

Now this verse is never using “word 1/2 witness of Woman”. Nowhere word half appears in this verse. But verse is talking for business transaction between two parties, take two men as witness, or one man and two women, where 2nd woman is in fact not the witness but assistant to Woman who will witness the transaction. So witness will be by one man, and by one woman, not by two women, as role of 2nd woman is mere of an assistant. The verse goes on to explain the reason for seeking testimony from two women in place of the testimony of one man, by saying “…so that if one of them should make a mistake, the other could remind her” (2:282). Thus, the verse indicates clearly that there are differences in the ability of women to serve, under the prevailing social conditions, as competent witnesses and givers of testimony in cases involving financial transactions. The relevant wording implies, that in general, transactions were not often matters of concern to women at that time. It also indicates that the actual witness would be one woman, even though her testimony might require the support of another woman who would “remind” her if necessary. Thus, one woman acts as a guarantor for the accuracy of the other’s testimony. Besides; Let us turn now to a discussion of the meaning of “mistake” (dalal) in the verse in question. According to the Arabic Lexicon, the underlying meaning is “absence.” Later, the word was used to indicate any turning from the right way, whether intentionally or otherwise. The word came to be used in the sense of “to forget,” for the reason that one who forgets is one for whom the right way is absent. The wisdom in the Qur’an’s choice of this word, rather than the one usually chosen to mean “to forget” (nisyan) or “to err” (khata) is perhaps that the meaning of dalal is broader and more comprehensive than the other two, as a mistake in testimony may be either intentional or unintentional.

Because 1400 years ago, almost all business transactions were handled by men; and due to lack of involvement in business transaction, women used to have less experience in such matters than man. And of course, before signing as witness, the witness-giver must have knowledge of relevant transaction. The Quran, as discourse, was directed toward a people who, before its revelation, had little or no regard for women and who did not allow their inclusion in matters considered the domain of men. In fact pre-Islamic Arab society sanctioned female infanticide.

According to the Qur’anic commentator, Fakhr al Din al Razi:

Men in the period of jahiliyah would go into hiding when they knew that their wives were about to give birth. Then, if they were told they had fathered a son, they rejoiced. But if they learned that the newborn was a girl, they were saddened, and would stay in seclusion, trying to make up their minds about what they should do with the child: shall he keep this [child] despite the contempt [which he feels for it]—or shall he bury it in the dust? Should he keep the child alive, as an object of perpetual disdain, or simply do away with it?

Apart from this point, though woman and man have equal rights but physically and psychologically, man and woman are not exact equivalent. God has created them differently. For example: In general, Woman is always performs much better in “Customer Services” jobs than Man. Woman has also proved herself a Successful Ruler like recent Chancellor of Germany; and we see also in Quran name of “Queen sheba/Balqees.  Woman has tons of more patience in handling weeping and crying kids at night than man. Woman in general is kinder than man. Woman is much better home-maker than man. On the contrary, what is percentage of Women in World Armed Forces? Almost Zero. Why? Because in General, Man can fight in battlefield better than woman due to his comparatively better physical strength. We are talking here in General. Of course there could be exceptional cases. Man does not pass through menstruation Period nor man gives birth to a baby. So woman has to take off from Job for long time after giving birth to a baby. It has been medically proved that during menstruation period, woman suffers from mental Psychological problems. Might be, this is also the reason, why during witness, woman needs another woman as assistant who can remind her if she she forgets ant point. Of Course, two brains are better than one, and there is less probability that at the time of witness, Witness-Woman and her Assistant-Woman both will have menses. We read in one of the best Research Papers published on this subject which is given as under:

“The American Psychiatric Association (APA) explicitly acknowledges in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders (DSM-IV-TR) that up to 70% of women are affected by at least mild symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS)
(Note by Team Factszz: Now assume, you as a lady is called for witness in Court in this condition! Have you realized now: Why GOD has said in 2:282: Another woman is needed as your assistant during witness in Court!)

We read from summary of that research Paper:
Premenstrual mood symptoms are common and a small but significant proportion of women experience recurrent premenstrual mood symptoms that are severe enough to cause substantial social and occupational dysfunction. There is convincing evidence for important roles for biological and sociocultural variables in the development of premenstrual mood symptoms.”
(Note by Team Factszz: Now assume, you as a lady is called for witness in Court in this condition! Have you realized now: Why GOD has said in 2:282: Another woman is needed as your assistant during witness in Court!)

Truth is: Before Quran, Bible did not give any part of inheritance to woman but it is Quran who first time set a Portion of Women Inheritance, despite man have more social burden, as it is not wife by Husband who is responsible for all the expenses (Nan-Nafqa) of his wife and Children. Being a Team Leader, he is the husband who protects his family. Women were permitted to argue with Prophet Mohammad(s) but bible forbids woman to speak in Church. A Good reader of Quran knows well: That Quran honors and protects chaste lady more than woman. If disputes of Husband and wife goes to Court; in Court of law: Man will say on Oath “Be Curse of GOD upon me if I will tell a lie” but when turn of Wife comes; she says: Be Wrath of God upon me if blame of my husband upon me is true”. Now you can see here, how Quran has omitted word Curse for the oath of woman!. Quran ordains to beat 80 lashes to that Liar who places a Slander on a Chaste Lady. And GOD says: His curse will be on such slander monger in this word and hereafter. Quran makes clear in verse 4:124 Be it man or woman, on the judgment day, they will be rewarded or punished as per their deeds (bad or good).

Quran 4:124 (Asad) whereas anyone – be it man or woman – who does [whatever he can] of good deeds and is a believer withal, shall enter paradise, and shall not be wronged by as much as [would fill] the groove of a date-stone.

Quran 9:71 (Asad) AND [as for] the believers, both men and women they are close unto one another[99] they [all] enjoin the doing of what is right and forbid the doing of what is wrong, and are constant in prayer, and render the purifying dues, and pay heed unto God and His Apostle. It is they upon whom God will bestow His grace: verily, God is almighty, wise!

Note 99 (Quran Ref: 9:71)
Or: “are the protectors [or “friends and protectors”] of one another”. Since, however, the believers are here contrasted with the hypocrites, spoken of in verse 67 as being “all of a kind”, it is preferable to render the term wali (of which awliya’ is the plural) in its primary meaning of being “near” or “close” to one another.(Quran Ref: 9:71 )

Quran 30:21 (Asad) And among His wonders is this: He creates for you mates out of your own kind. so that you might incline towards them, and He engenders love and tenderness between you: in this, behold, there are messages indeed for people who think!

Quran 31:14 (Asad) “And [God says:] ‘We have enjoined upon man goodness towards his parents: his mother bore him by bearing strain upon strain, and his utter dependence on her lasted two years: [hence, O man,] be grateful towards Me and towards thy parents, [and remember that] with Me is all journeys’ end.

Quran 24:4 And as for those who accuse chaste women, and then are unable to produce four witnesses [in support of their accusation], flog them with eighty stripes and ever after refuse to accept from them any testimony – since it is they, they that are truly depraved!

Quran 24:23-24 [But,] verily, those who [falsely, and without repentance,] accuse chaste women who may have been unthinkingly careless but have remained true to their faith, shall be rejected [from God’s grace] in this world as well as in the life to come: and awesome suffering awaits them. on the Day when their own tongues and hands and feet will bear witness against them by [recalling] all that they did!

Another good reading on this subject at: http://www.alhewar.com/TahaTestimony.htmPlease note that Noble Quran has declared all kinds of Namaz Rituals “useless” in verse 2:177. Core message of Quran is not Rituals but Peace, Justice, and Philanthropy 60:8-9, 2:190, 4:135, 2:177. Five Namaz Rituals were imported from Zoroastrians by Zoroastrian mother of Abbasid Caliph Harun Rashid “Queen Khaizrun”, and then those rituals were validated through the forgery of Hadith of Flying Horse – Buraq. Persian Pseudo Imams copied that story of Buraq from two Zoroastrian Books, Arda Viraf and Zerdashtnama. Same Forging-Gang then forged many more hadiths in order to support forged hadiths of Five Namaz. Quranic Salat has no any relation with five Namaz rituals. Please read our following two pages:

1– How, when, and why was Hadith of Flying Horse Buraq forged? Read this page at this link.
2– What is Quranic Salat? Read this page at this link.16_116Please note that women are demonized in so called Hadith of Flying Horse Buraq (Miraj) but Hadith of Flying horse is 100% fabricated; and its forgery can be proved like it can be proved that one plus one makes two. Besides, also note that five daily Namaz Rituals are also part of that same forged hadith. Read this page on the forgery of hadith of Buraq. Also read, what is Quranic Salat in this page. Salat has nothing to do with five daily Namaz Rituals which were imported from Zoroastrians and then were validated through forgery of hadith of Flying Horse Buraq. Any law rite or ritual which does not have roots in Quran is not part of Deen Islam. Islam is simple, and that is to follow all laws and ethical codes of Quran sincerely. If you do so, then Paradise is waiting for you 17:9. You are no in need of fabricated books of Hadiths Sunnah and Tafsir because Quran is self-explanatory.  Prophet was bound to follow only Quran 6:19, 6:114, 10:15, 50:45, 28:85; so, we Muslims are bound to follow only Quran. No matter if you are a man or woman; your reward depends on type of your deeds 21:47. If a wife has better deeds than his husband; then she will have higher reward than his husband.19_20
